my son who is 4 year old have been diagnosed with myopia -5 I dont know how to handle this and really worried about his future vision

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Don't talk so negative. Just take precautions. Make your child wear glasses and make sure he never skip them.. Regular eye exercises, make him. Join some sports, give vitamin A rich foods, carrots, beetroot, green leafy vegetables
