My Son who is 2yr 9months old smiles a lot sometimes . We observe that this is a new habit nowadays. It sometimes looks strange for us. is it common among the kids at this age like playing himself and smiling a lot (especially during night times) or do we need to consult a doctor ? Suggestion pls
