My son weight is now 9 kg. which tonic syrup should i give for weght gain snd appetite...Is syrup Tasiron good ? how much dose should i hive to my child and how long

This medicine should not be given to the child if there is an issue kindly consult your paediatrician and go ahead with what they suggest because sometimes give him medicine from your own side can have an adverse effect also so please consult your doctor before you give anything to the child
