Q.

my son weighs only 11.5kg but is very active all the time , and have 2 cups of milk, morning roti/chapati any two sabji with moderate quantity and afternoon rice dal or rice milk or rice sambar, and night roti/chapati with sabji. his diet.

A. his weight is less . please add more protein rich food to his diet. add ghee, cheese. butter, yoghurt, dates, dry fruits, nuts, paneer, tofu, soya chunks, peas, chik peas, rajma, egg in his regular meals

A. mam, even his father was very less weight when he was a kid, as said by my mil, usually people used to ask why he is so weak... but he is very active and intelligent.. grasp things and concepts easily and has high memory power.
