Q.
My son weighs 12.80, is this normal for his age. Also he is not interested in kind of food and we have to literally force feed him all the three main meals. He is on calcium and zinc supplements from last one month. Am literally worried for his food aversion.

Also make eating time interesting and encourage self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together
