my son was having fever in morning given paracetemol at 11:30dn it become normal to again 6 clock again he is having fever usko khasi hai baki nose runnin cough kuc nahi why its happening?

A. Paracetamol can be repeated after every six hours if the fever does not subside within maximum time of 72 hours then in that case you should consult your doctor for further assistance otherwise if it subside totally within the timer for 72 hours it is not a problem
