my son was felldown from 2 steps. he had a bump on his forehead now that bump is lighter only it happened almost 2weeks.what medicine can i put for that bump?

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avdyoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teetrh injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
