Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it appears to be allergic cough/cold ( most commonly seen in children less than 6 years of age).
usually they are not associated with fever and the cough and cold can continue for many weeks.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
also they may be food allergy ,cold allergy and allergy to dust, smoke, pollens also.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulxization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent rexspiratory infections which needs other medicine
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. I think due to congestion into the throat and chest your child could be vomiting as that can be one of the most common things that we can check with the details that you have mentioned and along with that also I would advise you to give ginger juice and honey mixture to the child that will help a lot
