My son was born with cleft palate. After one year his surgery was done.He is alright now .Last year his two teeth were broken but new teeth are not coming since one year.What is the reason and what to do?

A. Hi usually kids start shedding milk teeth by the age of 5-6 years.. and new permanent teeth erupts afterward.. so wait for some more time and meanwhile consult your nearest pediatric dentist
