My son was an active and healthy child but as soon as he turned 3 and started going to school he has started falling ill frequently once every month. Sometimes cold sometimes viral fever sometimes allergic cough and sometimes indigestion vomiting stomachache. I’m not been able to find out the reason All tests done twice thrice. Please suggest ways to make my child active and healthy again. He is very lean also. Underweight

A. okay u cee. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise
