A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and when he was born his ears were dark,but you can not judge his body colour only by ears looks at birth.

A. it seems your baby is having a birthmark on the pinna mostly this may be a permanent one anyhow it is better to consult a skin specialist once for proper advice
