my son was 3.2kg at birth now after 4 months also he is just 4.5kg , how to gain his weight ? breast feeding he is active playfull

As baby is active there is nothing to worry about it
Give adequate feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products fenugreek Ajwain to increase your milk supply
