my son was 160 days old..today he went motion very tightly little bit blood came in that what will be the reason for this..

It Possibly be due to tight potty that your child past like you said that the motion was really tight which is why blood was there but still you get a check with your doctor to rule out the possibility of a stomach infection it would be essential to get it checked once
