my son turns 10months old...his weight gain process is sooo slow..what should I do

A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and give sunbath every morning for half an hour

A. Don't be worried if ur child is active enough. Each child has their own growth so be calm if he is active. U can give broken wheat porridge it is nutritious and tasty too. If ur baby has heat body give this porridge thrice a week or else u can give it daily and u can also add nuts powder to his foods.

A. U Can go ahead with more of proteins into your child deduce egg yellow chicken and fish and if you are vegetarian vegetarian is like Paneer tofu the things are good in general also but there is no specific food if the focus is proteins are the key

Zincovit Wonderful twice can be given to the child for two months it’s a very healthy supplement to go for also I’d like to tell you that most of the time the weight gain could be slow due to nutritional deficiencies of this is going to hell and for further inform you can consult your doctor ones
