my son suffers recurrent nasal congestion

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalgation and hot bsaline gargles .

A. son suffers reccurent nasal congestion.. give steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub babies respiratory system is developing
