My son suffering from fever and dry cough in chest for last 4 days and now fever is in normal but cough is in extreme position sounding very harsh. Scared about . Please help . Thank you

A. give steam inhalation twice a day you can give Ayurveda medicine sitopaladi churn 2gm twice with honey. consult if chest congestion is there or audible wheeze.. . .
