my son suffer viral fever for 3dys in last week. after that he loss 500grm weight. How can I increase his wt plz suggest

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be bcdeneficial too to bring the temperature down .
