Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetitdte like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplemetnts like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Give normal room temperature water or cold water to the child mix with warm water like regular room temperature water and for fruit I would recommend you to get you should give fruits only on the room temperature to the child then I think there will be a less chance of catching coldWrite Your Answer Here
