My son still can't speak proper sentences ...

A. Sentences only happen over the period when a child knows how to connect to words to frame a sentence so you do the exercise with your child by teaching small small things to the child so suppose if you are saying that do you want to eat instead of saying yes the child was supposed to say yes I want to eat what is your name this is my name that is how it is supposed to be that is how you can help your child to frame a sentence
