my son start crying in midnight ; go outside or he wants to use phone. how to handle it

A. it's a very common problem seen in many children so you should not worry about this. it will be corrected by itself so jyst relax and all the best for you and your child

A. Give him wholesome meal in dinner and before sleeping just guve a glass of milk which is full of fats and satiate baby for long time. Massage his sole of the feet. Also during day time increase hus physical activities and reduce his nap time.

A. limit the usage of phones or iPads on television for the babies if he starts to cry midnight better to give him a good physical activity in the day and reduce the sleeping Hours during the day so that he gets tired and Falls asleep soundly at night . give a good night mesl and the gentle massage before sleep
