In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine anjud evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You don’t need to get a check with your doctor to know and understand better why your child is constantly complaining for stomach pain because you need to have a proper checkup and then according to that only for the medication can be suggested for the child
