my son's left ear is filled with ear wax.how to clean it please suggest me. thank you.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello! Gently wipe only the outer ear of your child soft cotton cloth dipped in lukewarm water . You should not use anything else to clean it. The inner year wax should come out gradually by itself. You shouldn’t be using anything for it.
