my son s gng to b 3 yrs old on June 12.Bt he s not eating any fruits or vegetables ND even he doesn't want to drink milk too. he only wants to eat curd rice and lunch. can any suggest me how to make him to feed

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. The best thing to do is keep calm and keep offering. Provide fruits and vegetables as snacks. make eating time interesting and encourage self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Make a schedule. Children need to eat every three to four hours: three meals, two snacks, and lots of fluids. If you plan for these, your child's diet will be much more balanced and he'll be less cranky, because he won't be famished. I put a cooler in the car when I'm out with my kids and keep it stocked with carrots, pretzels, yogurt, and water so we don't have to rely on fast food. Plan dinners. If thinking about a weekly menu is too daunting, start with two or three days at a time. A good dinner doesn't have to be fancy, but it should be balanced: whole-grain bread, rice, or pasta; a fruit or a vegetable; and a protein source like lean meat, cheese, or beans.
