Q.

My son’s appetite is very low..how to get it increased?

A. Hello mam Constipation, weather change, Intestinal worms, digestive issues many time causes appetite loss so rule out these issues and if all ok then work on diet Give small and frequent meals If giving milk more than 2 times and more than 200ml then reduce the quantity as milk also suppress appetite milk twice a day and that too only 200ml is more than enough In similar way reduce biscuits chocolate and chips intake as these hamper r the appetite

A. hi mam ,each and every child is different and having own specific apetite so if your child is growing well , looks happy and active,no need to worry about it much. just encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry
