My son's age is 1 year 4.5 months. He is very active and fastidious child, but he is very thin. Please provide me a healthy weight gain and easyli digested diet chart for my child. Regards, Arpita Bose (Mother)

A. You should give every thing that you are making at home for your entire family is that the right food to be given to the child for overall retail and growth along with that you can increase the content of veg and non-veg protein into the food of your date
