my son's 5th month is running and he is shouting a lot is it ok.?

Lot of times you do irritation into the gums also kids can shout and scream so that could possibly be one reason other than that also I would say sometimes when the child is excited to see something that is time that they can scream and shout so all these things are very normal as per the age
