my son s 1.75 years old. he is having chapathi daily is it good to give chapathi daily the flour is not home made

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom their is no issue you can give chapattis on the daily Basis to the child . Prefer getting wheat or whole wheat flour you can also add some millets flour to it as well
