my son rayyan he is 1.10yrs today he fell down for bed he got hurt from back side of his head....he is active n playing but when I call his name he is nt cing me is any to worry plz help me

A. my son is active playing....alhamdulillah still now he is nt vomited....but I call his name he is nt cing shld I give time for me nor any thing to worry...nothing ll happen to him na

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain cacn be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as xfit can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
