My son poop is runny. he is going to motion two times in a day. But he is active and eating well. two days back he vomited at the night.

I think this could be either due to stomach infection or some in digestion problem so in this case it is going to be important for you to check with your doctor in order to understand the correct reason behind it and the medication can you suggest it accordingly
