A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he use to pee clear pee in the morning but in the evening it’s yellow so it is a sign of dehydration

A. the baby is 5 months of age if the baby is passing yellow urine in the evening it may be concentrated urine because of baby sweating during day time you adequate feeding to the baby
