my son past 2days fever and take medicine paracitamol... next day normal no fever..... same yesterday again fever symtoms mam..... why fever again and again coming..... plz tell

A. ok. might be it is viral fever. give your child syp pcm for fever. it is good to consult if no improvement after three days or in case of high grade temp
