my son one month old, he had tussis or cough(not sleshma) daily thrice or quarter times coming, and also him head have little bit of rashes,what can i do, please tell sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection.
kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
It will dissolve mucus in nose and throat.
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
meet your doctor to find whether there is a need for or nebulization for the child or not

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening you can continue the Tulsi but I would recommend that you should also try to give a baby steam inhalation if you want you can also try massage with the help of warm mustard oil on the body
