my son of 3 years has neck swelling, swollen lymph nodes right and left side of neck.... what's the treatment for this

A. they are lymph nodes and are part of normal human body. you have to take any intervention andd meet your doctor only if they are causing pain as well as they are increasing in size. many times during infection they will increase in size and they will again decrease in size when the infection gets controllded.
