A. At 3 years and 2 months, it's common for some children to not speak fluently yet. They may still be learning how to form sentences, pronounce words clearly, or express their thoughts fully. Some speech delay at this age can be normal, especially if the child understands well, follows instructions, and tries to communicate using gestures or simple words. To help improve fluency, talk to your child regularly using simple, clear language. Read picture books together, sing rhymes, and encourage your child to repeat words. Limit screen time and focus on more face-to-face interactions. If your child is struggling to form sentences or has very limited vocabulary, it’s best to consult a speech therapist early for proper evaluation and guidance.

A. Your child is three years old so don’t worry the more you communicate more the child practice is with you speech is going to get clear it’s not a problem right now and when your child learns to get your child into the habit of reading and make books the best friend as that is going to be the best to increase the speech vocabulary and fluency of the child
