my son nails have white Mark's. what should I do? It is any vitamin deficiency? he is not taking healthy food. will you suggest any vitamin syrup.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening ! Yes white patches on nails indicates nutritional deficiencies. Instead of syrups give nutritional foods and supplements in diet. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include all millets, grains, fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables,dry fruits, milk and diary products,egg, soya for meeting complete nutrition.
