my son loves parathas.. can I give him Paratha with tomato sauce or mayonnaise ?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can give mix vegetables parantha to the baby. Also you can give parantha with butter or curd to the baby. Please avoid tomato sauce as it is high in sugar and has preservatives not recommended for kids. Also avoid Mayonnaise for the same reason. Thanks and take care
