Q.

My son just turned 6 months yesterday. I'm starting solids. Are we supposed to give it to him in watery form or thick pureed for? Also, how many times a day and how many teaspoons? #asktheexperts

A. You should give more of liquids to a child currently the consistency should be liquid right now then slowly you can shift to semi liquid to semi solid so that is how the consistency of the food is going to start with more liquid and try to be at least 15 to 20 teaspoons at one time avoid giving food in bottle since it is liquid a lot of parents prefer it that way but that is not right
