my son itching for 2 days symptoms for chikenpox

With what you have posted does not look like a chickenpox because if it was then it would have spread on the entire body and it is small small pimple that usually appears with fever so this is not looking like one it could probably be due to a scratch of mosquito bite or some allergy so kindly consult your doctor once
