Q.

my son is will be 3 months next week. he is to take feed atleast 3 times at night between 11 p. m - 6 a. m. but now he is not waking up for milk at night and the frequency is also maximum 2 times... that too he doesn't cry for feed even after 3-4 hrs gap. day time he takes feed every 2 hrs - 2.5 hrs. he was born premature in 35 weeks n weight 2.8 kg, he is now 5.5 kg

A. dear mum the feeding pattern varies from baby to baby many babies begin to sleep through the night from 3 month onwards feed baby on demand if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient weight of your baby is fine
