Q.
#AskTheExpert my son is will b 6years by this October.. he doesn't eat of his own.. he is 20kg.. I am worried of his health so I keep on feeding him so that he can eat.. I tried one month not to feed so that he can feed himself .. he became 18 kgs.. now again on d same track.. what to do

SantoMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl7 years agoA. Try to give different flavored food. Have a weekly plan that doesn't repeat any same taste. This is the first trick. Don't ever force feed baby. Try to use plates if your baby is getting older as they get scared seeing the same bowls or use different colored cups and bowls. Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again. Feed at different places 10 mins here n 10 mins out this way it will relax their minds and yours too. Give few spoons of water in between feeds.
