toddlegrs may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

first ,set consistent routine for your child.
let your child do more and more physical activities at day time.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep.
keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
avoid distractions at sleep time.
