my son is two year 5 months old he diagnosed with mild austim and he is going to theraphy now when I take him to park to play he always walk with head down hr don't look at the surroundings how can I help him to walk with head up kindly advise

The child is going to learn it slowly as a child is going to gain its confidence because the child is not very familiar with these things as of now and probably the child is scared to communicate with other kids as in the case of what is it has been seen that kids don’t understand little little small small things also so I’m just going to advise you in this case that you should start with a homeopathic treatment that is going to help in stabilising the brain of your child and with that you will see slowly the childhood understand its surrounding would try to mix up with other kids as well it is just a matter of time
