my son is two and half year old. he doesn't learn to speak. is he autism??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. to diagnose autism baby needs neurological examination for analysis and diagnosis for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
