Q.

my son is touching his belly button frequently by raising his shirt up. is it just a play or is he having any itchiness I am not understanding. he also regularly pull his ears and hair

A. Maybe your child is having some problem in the stomach it could be irritation or pain as well but you have to figure that out after looking at the gestures of your child I did that is what is going to be helpful for you to understand but you do need to check with your doctor one time
