My son is today 48 days old.He is still having jaundice.What could be the reason of it and what can be done now?

A. you should consult a doctor very soon and the reason for that is lack of sunlight and sometimes due to less feed from mother's milk or less in quantity of breastfeed and also it is common but as you are saying it's already more than 40 days you should consult a doctor so they will test and treat your baby

A. You will have to consult your doctor for jaundice they will confirm what is meant to be done if the levels are high maybe maybe phototherapy would be suggested otherwise maybe exposing to indirect Land Line and giving vitamin D would be helpful
