my son is three and half months old. From.few days sometimes a day he is having green, yellow watery poop... is it teething condition? or what can be done?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3.5 months old and he is getting occasionally green watery stool so it’s very normal if he is taking iron medicine or a formula milk feeding too
