Q.

My son is tested with dengue Igm as reactive, and dengue NS1ag as Negative and igg as Negative. Platelet count 175. Fever is below 100 if we use medicine for every 6 hours. Could you please let me know whether he need to be hospitalized?. Kindly advise.

A. fever has many reasons so. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this

A. hi it not just depend on this ,many other factors like your child Health condition, food or liquid intake , breathing etc are associated with it ,I mean it is hard for us to judge that it is important or not to hospitalize a child so I advise you to consult your nearest pediatrician or doctor for once.
