my son is suffering from skin infection since past 12 days i have consulted 3 doctors but there is no improvement can i use neem leaves in hot water to stop itching sensations it can even cure the infections ?

A. skin infection visit the doctor and accordingly treatment after check up.. you can take homeopathic medicine and treatment for the same.. take care
