please keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 and give it after boil and cooled
give her curd and buttermilk
and not milk
sporolac probiotics drops can be given
give her ORS or sugar salt with water
