Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20e minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor. d

You can give Crocin DS do yo child as of now as per the current weight of the child which is what is going to be very good apart from that if the fever is on the higher side you can also do cold sponge Chey and consult paediatrician in case of requirement
